The hotel I stayed in was a solid choice overall. The room I had was very quiet and being on the 6th floor meant I enjoyed a noise-free environment. However, waiting for the elevator took quite some time. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and even surprised me with a birthday cake, showing how attentive they were. The location was not too far from Petarani Street, one of Makassar's busiest areas, but not really close to major tourist spots. The morning breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a complete and tasty meal. The facilities were good but could be further improved.

The hotel is conveniently located in the office district area, making it near to all entertaining spots which is very convenient. The rooms by the pool side were comfortable and spacious, but there were some issues with leaks from nearby rooms or above and a lingering smell of cigarettes. The price was considered reasonable for the value provided.
